Sneaker Shields® SMS Alerts, operated by SHOE SHIELDS, LLC (d/b/a Sneaker Shields®).

How you opt in (call to action)

You join Sneaker Shields® SMS Alerts only by actively giving consent through one of the paths below. All of them are optional, and none of them is required to buy from us.

• 1. This public web form at sneakershields.com/pages/sms-signup (no login or purchase required to view it). You enter your mobile number and must actively check the SMS consent checkbox, which is unchecked by default. The consent language sits directly next to the checkbox and discloses the program name, the type of messages, message frequency, that msg & data rates may apply, how to opt out, and links to our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.
• 2. Site-wide sign-up pop-up on sneakershields.com. A sign-up pop-up appears to visitors on our public storefront (no login and no purchase required) and asks for an email address and, optionally, a mobile number. The disclosure printed directly under the phone field reads: “By entering your phone number, you agree to receive transactional text messages (such as order and shipping updates) from Sneaker Shields. Checking the box below also opts you in to recurring automated marketing/promotional SMS/MMS messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Msg & data rates may apply. Msg frequency varies. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy & Terms.” Marketing text consent is captured by a separate checkbox that is unchecked by default and reads “Yes, text me! I agree to receive recurring automated SMS/MMS marketing messages from Sneaker Shields at the phone number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase.” The mobile number field is optional, so a visitor can subscribe by email only.
• 3. Shopify checkout at sneakershields.com. Next to the phone number field there is an optional checkbox labeled "Text me with news and offers" that is unchecked by default. Checking it is never required to complete an order, and the Privacy Policy and Terms links that contain the full program disclosures are shown in the checkout footer.
• 4. Earlier Sneaker Shields® sign-up and order forms (2010 to present). Longtime Sneaker Shields® customers who gave us their mobile number and agreed at that time to receive text alerts from us are also part of the program. Every message we send them carries the same STOP and HELP options, and they can opt out at any time by replying STOP.

We never buy, rent, or trade phone number lists from third parties, and we never send marketing texts to a number unless its subscriber gave Sneaker Shields® permission to text them. Every subscriber can opt out at any time by replying STOP.

What messages you will receive

• Promotions, sales, and subscriber-only discount codes
• Cart and browse reminders
• Order confirmations, shipping and delivery updates, and customer-care replies

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. You should expect up to 10 messages per month, plus transactional messages related to orders you place.

Cost

There is no charge from Sneaker Shields® to receive text messages. Msg & data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan and carrier.

How to opt out (STOP)

You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message from us. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will not receive further marketing texts from the program.

Carriers & availability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The program may not be available on all carriers or in all areas at all times, and requires a two-way-messaging capable device.

Privacy

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your text messaging consent with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
